Name: batzyoku
trait: they have the batzyoku eye. thier eye is the key to thier ability to use the shadow flame. it isnt a real fire its a black flame that doesnt burn bearly as much as a normal flam. and they cant minipulate. thier are 5 stages. sealed, first stage, second stage, third stage and hidden/fourth stage. thier is also tatoo that is changed depending on what stage the eye is on. the tatoo is diferent for everyperson. so no tatoo is the same. the tatoo lets the user set thier arms on fire with the black flame. THIS IS NOT FIRE MINIP. thier arms just go on fire. that cant control it like a minipulater....exactly.

Sealed: thier eye is normal and thier tatoo has a circle around it.

1st:

the tatoo's circle fades away and the tatoo goes around the back and down to fingertips and the user can only set thier hand on fire.

2nd:

the eye will be aploaded later. the tatoo no will grow to the users fore arm but not past the elbow. the flame can only go to forearm aswell

3rd:

with me atm. the tatoo now will make its way to your shoulder so your entire arm is able to be set on fire.

4th:
upload eye late....again the tatoo doesnt change it just turns into a glowing red black orange color. the fire now goes bezerk when activated. this is only aquireable if u are in a near death situation while third stage is activated.

each eye can only be accesed manualy depending in what rankyou are. eg genin can acces eye 1 without getting it activated by sombody else.
when i say sombody else can activate thier eye i mean. if sombody who has the 3rd stage can unlock sombody else's 2nd and third stage. understand.

abilitys: the clan is like the riniringan thingy on the fact it happens only once in a few years in a clan. the powers the the clan is they can make eye bloodlines stop by geting to close to some one with one an theydo get close to some one with an eye bloodling they tend to puke alot....

Bloodline: The Members Of This Clan Are Of Vampiric Decent. Meaning, While They're Still Human, They Have A Strange Taste For Blood. Because Of Being A Vampire, Their Chakra Pushes At Violent Pulses. Meaning, They Are Incapable Of Learning Any Jutsu Whatsoever. They Rely Solely On Taijutsu. And Because Of This, They Are Quite Speedy When Fully Relaxed. And Almost Like Real Vampires Don't Have Reflections, They Can Not Be Found By Chakra Sense.
(Yeah, I Know There's To Be No More Bloodline Making. But None Of The Current Bloodlines Appeal To Me. So I Made My Own ^^)

Distinction-What traits are shown when the bloodline is activated?
Your eyes become a Blood Red.

Levels: There are few acceptions to the post rule. They are people that ME (Rayne) deem "Prodigys"
Level 1-Must have 150 posts. Your eyes start to become red but dont obtain a full red yet. You are able to lean and inhance the 3, 2x as fast as a normal ninja.
Level 2-Must be chuunin and have over 500 posts.Your eyes become a bright red becomes a little more powerfull has you are able to lean and inhance the 3, 2.5-3x as fast as a normal ninja. Also when you reach level 2 your hearing a sight get a little stronger.
Level 3-Must be Jounin and have over 1k posts. Your eyes start to glow a very very bright red as it almost blinds the opponant if they stare you in the eyes. As they are as bright as they can get you get blinded for a few seconds as your level 3 eyes becomes stable. As it is stablizing your powers have already come into effect.Once stablized your eyes stay like that. You are able to learn and inhance the 3, 4x as fast as normal ninja. Also once level 3 is acheived your 5 sense get extremly stronger. But as a downside. You must consume blood every 3 days. This blood can be stored. Also anyone fighting against this bloodline would be able to see them because of there eyes.

How to Obtain the eyes:

Level 1: To obtain you must first be bitten by Me(Rayne) then you will be turned into a Kiriyu. This is only if you want to join the bloodline. After that when I find you ready ill find you and activated level 1.

Level 2: You must fight me and prove to me that you a ready to uphold the level 2 eye. If you pass my test ill activate your level 2 eye as I'm the only one who can.

Level 3: Very few can live through going from level 2 to level 3 most of them have there eyes burned by the transfomation. The transformation is only gained by fighting a Kage rank Shinobi and having only an inch of your life left. If your eyes don't kill you and you survive you will have Level 3.

tamoe 2 ~tijutsu increses and ure allowed to move faster and quicker

tamoe 3~tijutsu ehanceses can control movement of time ( not like pause time just like slow it down the the matrix)

shinzeo byakugan~to get this u have to save for people and protect ur village (the second strongest byakugan) (ill put more details laer)
