Atop A Hill

Subject: Atop A Hill Mon Nov 10, 2008 1:41 am

I sit with my feet planted firmly on the ground and my knees raised above my chest. I place my right elbow on my right knee and place my chin in my right hand. I watch the sun begin to set slowly but surely. A breeze blows through and I look unaffected beside my hair looking out of place. "Such a beautiful sunset..." I look up to the orange, yellow and blue clashing together and a smile creeps across my face.

Suddenly stands up to leave and jumps off the edge of the hilltop, rolling down the whole hill in a ball of red and silver. "This...isn't as fun...as it used to be...." I hit a bump and I fling upward and slam into a tree face first. I slide down the tree and land on my back. "Its really not as fun as it used to be." I rub my face and feel the warm blood rolling down my face from my now broken nose.

And besides, the sun is set now. Its dark."

I laugh slightly. "So we're playing the 'special abilities' game?" My eyes glow blood red and I smirk as my fangs extract, now showing. "Check..." My nails grow a bit longer and sharper. "And mate."
