Kaji Hyuuga vs Cepeda Hyuuga in court

kaji hyuuga has abused his godmodded by saying he has Byakugan stage 2 which he doesnt have because i asked zero could i make it and im the only 1 who is able to have it unless i teach someone and i didnt teach kaji hyuuga and he has godmoded saying he placed a explosive tag on me when i did substitution justu so he will recieve a ban if the judge Zero Sukio choses

plus cep abused his powers by going on my profile and changeing my sig


so in conclution cep should be removed of his admin powers
