Stage 1:
Appearance:
Genin Eyes
Abilities: Controll about 20% of all Lightning. Not that well with lightning. Are able you Put some of the electricity into your weapons. not able to keep your eyes open for more then 10-20 posts because of Chakra Consumption.
Stage 2:
Chuunin eyes
Appearance:
Abilities: Controll about 40%-50% of Lightning around you. Able to controll electricity enough to knock peopel out with mass volts (only able to conjur about 10k Volts). Able to keep eyes open for about 30-45 posts.
Stage 3:
Jounin Eyes
Appearance:
Abilities: Controll about 75% of all lightning. Able to create Lightning Weapons (Sword ((about 5-7 feet long)), dagger), able to electricute people to death by conjuring over 50k-100k Volts of electricity. Able to keep eyes open for about 75-80 posts(Not that its neccisiary, but still)
JutusFlowering Destruction [Chuunin] - The user controlls his/her lightning into the shape of a small flower, no larger then a Penny, and it latches onto the opponent, sending over 20k volts of electricity through otu the opponnets body.
Electrical Concurance [Genin] - The user grabs the opponent, and sends about 2k volts through the body of the opponent, knocking them out {Side note-doesnt always knock them out, it has about a 20% chance of knocking them out}
Lightning Rod [Jounin/Kage] - The user holds his/he rhand towards the sky, drawing a direct bolt of Lightning from the sky, and shooting it with their other hand, at the opponent {Side note-has a 50% chance of electricuteing the user;the bolt from teh sky holds over 1.2million Volts}
Limelight [jounin/Kage] - The four Masters in the Jouten teisei clan come together, each going into one of the Cardinal Directions (North,south,east,west) and then with their electricity, Creates a sort of circular premasece (SP?), and creats a huge explosion, destroying anything within that Perimiter. {Side note-kills the users of Limelight, and the people inside the perimieter can not get out.}
Entraptment [Chuunin] - the user creates a sort of cage around the opponent, out of electricity. The cage holds over 25k-35k volts of electircity flowing through it.
Binding Chair [Jounin] - The user Binds the opponent in electrical ropes i guess youd say, squeezing him, and sending over 50k Volts of electircity through out the opponents body every second.
Gods Right Hand [Jounin/Kage] - Powering up teh electricity in the users Right hand, their hand becomes engulfed in electrical currents. When made contact with, sends over 75k Volts of electricity into the opponent. {side note-takes half of the users chakra}
Magnetic Feild [Genin/chuunin] - the user creates an electrical feild around him/her, makeing it greater over time, and makeing a Magnetic feild aroudn them, that will take away the users weapon when up close. {Side note- Genin do Kunai/Shuriken/Senbon Needles/2x Kuna, while Chuunin do Swords/Fuma Shuriken/others}
Lightning Fist [Genin] - The user strikes rather quickly at the opponent with their fists, emitting electrical currents with each punch.
