Name: Namikaze Clan.
Symbol: A eye with the kanji for seal in it instead of a pupil.
Info: One of the clans in Konohagakure no Sato, aka, the Village Hidden in the Leaves. It's founder was the Yondaime Hokage: Minato Namikaze. Next, was Uzumaki Naruto, who's bloodlimit was not able to activate, but one of his children had it, and that started the Namikaze clan again......


-Bloodlimit info-

Name: Fuuingan. (literaly: Seal Eye)
Type: Doujutsu (Literaly: Eye technique)
Looks: The eyes pupil turns into the kanji for seal. It has up to 3 tamoe surrounding the kanji, each one adding abilities. When useing the Fuuingan's ability for seals, the seal used makes the kanji in the eye trn into the kanji for that seal.
Abilities:
1 tamoe: The user obtains this form of the Fuuingan after birth. They just need to focus chakra behind their eyes to activate it. It's abilities include being ale to make seals out of chakra.

2 tamoe: The user obtains this from after the leader of the clan deems him/her worthy of having it, and then the leader unlocks it. It's abilities include the same fr the 1 tamoe, but can also examine seals on a cellular level. Example: If one activates this form of the Fuuingan, and looks at an exploding seal, the seal shows up in a 3D pattern, and each and every part of the seal is shown, and it tells you what each peice does, and you can use your hand to move the pieces around to make a new seal, or improve the old one.

3 tamoe: This unlocks after creating at least 10 new seals with the fuunigan. It's abilities include the above, and also can copy a seal into your memory, sort of like the Sharingan does with jutsu, but only the Fuuingan does it with seals.

Aditinal info: The 1 tamoe Fuuingan is also known as the Basic eye. The 2 tamoe Fuuingan is known as the Examination eye. The 3 tamoe Fuuingan is known as the Copy eye.

W00t!!! Thanks, man. My current is 2 tamoe, since I, technical, am clan head, so I already get 2 tamoe. But, I have to create 10 seals by useing my Fuuingan before I get 3.
